Application Information

Early registration is recommended to guarantee a space in the course(s) that you choose. To apply, print out or email us the application form from this web site or call 508-672-6800 to receive the form by mail. If printing the form, fill it out and mail it. Keep a copy of your application form for confirmation. Until your application form and first payment are received, you are not officially enrolled in the course(s) you have selected. All tuition payments should be received at least one week (7 days) before each course's first session to ensure your space.
